Our money mentor service is available to people living on the Westcliff estate or people in the immediate surrounding area.
What we offer:
The aims of the money mentor role are to reduce client stress around managing money and encourage clients to reduce their high interest borrowing.
We do this by giving the learners who attend the one to one, or group, sessions a basic financial education, which includes:
- Managing Money - opening a bank account, reading
statements, using online banking - Planning Ahead - effective budgeting and saving
- Making Choices - borrowing money, responsible lenders and where to get help.
We do not give debt advice but there are many fantastic organisations who already give this kind of support.

With this tool you can see how much money you have coming in and help you think where you are spending it.
At the end you can save your budget or email it to yourself for future use.
